with afternoon tea (sandwiches and cakes)

Demonstrations normally consist of 6 exhibits which are raffled at the end of the meeting.  We take a 20 minute tea break in the middle of the demonstration, giving everyone chance to stretch their legs, mingle and chat, read the notice board and buy from the sales table.
